With this creation (win #3 for this contest veteran), Jenny enjoyed the chance to channel a little Dwight Schrute. In preparation, she and her husband spent many a grueling Thursday night “researching” over a bowl of popcorn and the remote. Jenny also puts in long, fun hours as mom to her two boys.
